What could people do to be able to get pregnant if they can't get pregnant by them self's?

People that cannot get pregnant by them self's can be artificially  inseminated, adoption, and a numerous number of other ways. The parents can have someone else carry the child for them, and at the end of the birth the women that carried the child for the parents will have the baby and  give the baby to the parents.
